I bought a set of Beyerdynamic Custom One Pro headphones which straight out of the box clearly looked to have been tampered with or used, one of the cans was fallen off, the link piece was lying loose and a screw that held the piece on was missing.I asked them to kindly swap me over a good set and I got a long email back where I was told I need to have an inspection first in store, then sent off to a third party, then a decision made at their discretion as to whether I can get a replacement and the a 2-4 week wait.What a joke, when something is clearly falling to bits out of the box when the customer returns home from the store, you just swap it over.

Absolutely love this place there is a great amount of products from guitars to DJ equipment and speakers. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and will always make sure you get a great deal. There isn't much parking space so it can be a little annoying driving and parking there but is ok with me because everything about the store makes up for it. If your looking for anything that they sell do not hesitate it come here

Our DJ was Polite & Professional, he showed up on time with a smile, and after the night started we all danced to a superb retro mix! All the classic hits, and he also took our requests. The DJ played exact what we wanted, and the night absolutely rocked!Thank you again for making it a great night with my friend's and family.Would happily recommend hiring again!!

The fellow called Brent in your Leederville store lacks energy and helpfulness. He seems a little lazy. MO. Gave him a few basic clues I needed help and information with a product... Nope from Brent. The fellow who took my phone call 30 minutes before made a great effort and suddenly here I am in the store ... I'd give that guy five stars. Lo and behold as I'm driving out, there's Brent outside leaning on a car having a chin wag. Hmmm.

I have used Da Do Ron Ron DJs for my wedding and multiple corporate events - they always have fantastic DJs who go the extra mile to make sure your night is perfect. Highly recommended.

I had this DJ for an event I was attending, the music was stuttering constantly, drops for songs were ruined and cut too soon.It was near impossible to even attempt to dance to.Song requests were very infrequently honoured, and when they were it seemed often to be directly ripped from YouTube, with background noise from music videos.
